Jordyn Lexton and Sethu Nair from Bending Arc Consulting will facilitate a 3-session series focused on helping executive directors develop skills and strategies for navigating complex dynamics of power and identity in managing and resolving conflict on their team, board, or with external funders and partners. The series is an intimate space that emphasizes peer sharing, hands-on learning, and strategy development around restorative conflict resolution. The series will be co-facilitated by facilitator and coach Jordyn Lexton and coach, mediator, and restorative justice practitioner Sethu Nair, and is designed for executive directors. We ask that participants commit to attending all 3 sessions. Registration for this series is capped at 10 participants.
